Client – Can you check a Sunday night flight, please?

Dayanne – Just a minute, please. … Ok, sir. Sunday night, August 16, American Airlines, flight AA992 to Miami, departure time 9:20pm or TAM flight JJ8056, departure time 7:30pm, economy class. Is that ok?

Client – Ok, book me on American Airlines, please.

Dayanne – Can you spell the passenger’s name, sir?

Client – Stephenson. That’s  S-T-E-P-H-E-N-S-O-N, slash  J.

Dayanne – Ok, sir. Mr Stephenson, American Airlines flight AA992 to Miami, economy class.

Client - What time is the flight again?

Dayanne – Departure time from BHZ, 9:20pm, arrival time in Miami 4:49 am. You have 48 hours to come to our store at the mall and get your ticket. Will you pay cash or credit card?

Client – Credit card.

Dayanne – Anything else, sir?

Client – No, thanks. Bye.
